Peixe Seco e Defumado (2026)
The animated short was created from research with fishing families and the oral tradition of the region. The film portrays the stages of preparing cambira — from the mullet fishing, through smoking, to selling — using as a guiding thread the memories of Sirlene, responsible for preparing the delicacy, who inspired the main character of the animation.
I worked as director, screenwriter, animator, did montage, storyboard, animatc, color grading and effects.
